Lost or Stolen Packages
Scent Bandits is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier directly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- • Clear photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer
Scent preferences and skin chemistry vary from person to person. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or scent dissatisfaction, and these are not grounds for a refund.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved (rare cases only), it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters processing, it cannot be canceled.
